Stephanie Willman received her BA from U.C. Berkeley, CA in dance and drama. She danced professionally and taught classical dance for over 26 years. Stephanie is certified with 2 of the most highly regarded fitness educational institutions in the world: Power Pilates and AFAA in New York City. Stephanie has been a personal trainer for 18 years, the past 14 years, she has been teaching both Pilates and resistance training at Mike Duffy’s. Stephanie incorporates not only weights, bands, and Swiss balls but also her in-depth knowledge of Pilates utilizing Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Tower. She integrates her extensive background in both dance and fitness so that the client gets a balanced workout (mental and physical) and has fun doing it.
