Stephanie Willman received her BA from U.C. Berkeley, CA in dance and drama. She danced professionally and taught classical dance for over 26 years. Stephanie is certified with 2 of the most highly regarded fitness educational institutions in the world: Power Pilates and AFAA in New York City. For the past 9 years, she has been teaching both Pilates and resistance training at Mike Duffy’s. Stephanie incorporates not only weights, bands, and swiss balls but also her in-depth knowledge of Pilates utilizing Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Tower. She integrates her extensive background in both dance and fitness so that the client gets a balanced workout (mental and physical) and has fun doing it.
