Paula was the 2010 “Trainer of the Year” at Mike Duffy’s Personal Training. Paula is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer since 2000. One of her specializations include a post-rehabilitation certification focusing on clients with assorted injuries, hip and knee replacements, and medical challenges and tailoring work outs to help them achieve their fitness goals. She is also certified in pre and post natal fitness. In addition, she teaches Pilates and resistance training for a wide variety of clients.
